Hany Ali Elesawy

Hany A. Elesawy received his B.Sc. degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Mansoura University in 2024 with the highest honors and a CGPA of 3.99/4.00. He joined Nile University as a Research Assistant in the Bio-Hybrid Soft Robotics Laboratory (BHSRL) in 2024 and is currently pursuing his M.Sc. degree in the School of Engineering at Nile University. In 2025, Hany won 1st place in the Nile University’s Postgraduate Research Forum (PGRF) and 3rd place in the Research to Impact competition. His research interests include Underwater Robotics, Modelling, Control, Robotics, Robot Perception, SLAM, Embedded Systems, Path Planning, Self-Driving Cars and Soft Robotics.
